Scope of Services:
Medical billing, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, EMR integration, clearinghouse services, Google Workspace and Microsoft Business collaboration.

HIPAA & PHI:
PHI is handled only under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Do not submit PHI via public forms or unencrypted email.

Governing Law:
Principal governing state: Pennsylvania; disputes resolved via court litigation.
