Do you work with practices in all states?
Yes. Busy Bee is based in Pennsylvania but serves healthcare providers nationwide. Our remote model means geography is never a barrier to great billing support.
How does the onboarding process work?
We start with a free discovery call to understand your practice. From there we build a custom onboarding plan covering system access, payer setup, and workflow integration. Most practices are fully onboarded within two to three weeks.
What practice management software do you work with?
We work with most major EHR and practice management platforms. During your discovery call we will confirm compatibility and discuss any setup requirements specific to your system.
How much does it cost?

Will I have a dedicated biller?
Yes. Every Busy Bee client gets a dedicated biller who learns your practice inside and out. You are never passed around or treated like a ticket number.
Do you handle credentialing?
Yes. We manage provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, as well as CAQH and NPPES setup and ongoing re-credentialing maintenance.
